Jellyfish Salad

One thing mantra I try to live by is to try something at least once. This time the hamlet paid off, but I think I may have made my dinner companion a little squeamish!

If you have ever had cucumber salad at a sushi restaurant, it’s basically the same flavors. The jellyfish inherits the flavor of the tangy vinegar dressing. There is a strange crunch that I was not ready for, but all in all, not a bad appetizer.

Unfortunately I saw it after my meal, donor became my dessert!
