Sunday Brunch Required…

One of the things that I love about LA is the beautiful weather, and I don’t think that I am alone on this, and I have always been a fan of considering Sunday as a day of rest. Lately, I have discovered the wonderful world of Sunday brunch. Its a special meal that combines many of things that I love on the weekends: sleeping late, eating, friends, being outdoors, and having a drink without guilt of anyone telling you shouldn’t be drinking before noon. I remember that I got yelled at once for drinking a beer at 11am at my parents house when I was in my 20′s. I didn’t hear the end of that for a while, actually, they still bring it up. So I hope that my parents read this. Anyway, but I think one of the deciding factors is being outdoors. I don’t know what it is, but it definitely changed the feel of the meal for me. Anything other way.. is just lunch.

I need a Wood & Vine mulligan.

I recently went to Wood & Vine with a friend of mine and absolutely enjoyed it. Unfortunately, in certain situations, I don’t like to bring my Cannon camera because I think it will disturb the other diners. In this case, I used my phone and the pictures didn’t come out very well, so in lieu of a typical review, I am going to have to take a mulligan on this one. I will have to go back in the next couple weeks and try again.

Oh the hazards of my job….

I will post a proper review as soon as I get back!
